"..Because it Should Always Be Like This" That was the first thing I said when I was on tour with my band in the amazing city of San Francisco... I had just done a feature set at one of Drew Pearce's house concert events as the start of my 1 week tour in the city....
When I was clearing the stage and making way for the next act, the first thing I turned to Drew and said were those exact words... the feeling was very strong and I knew every artist needs to feel the energy and love of what happens when true music lovers become part of our world even for a short acoustic set.
The Feeling was unforgettable and so.. I promised myself that some day, I would put together the same atmosphere for fellow artists in Southern California. Welcome to the home of Zen House Concerts....
The unplanned magic happened when I met two people who were to become my good friends and partners of vision , Jenny and James, the owners of Four Seasons Yoga Studio in La Jolla, CA.
Together, we have worked very hard to bring to audiences of Southern California, a unique, intimate and unforgettable experience of listening and being part of musical, artistic, inspirational evenings.
Our vision is that you will want to be part of a series of intimate concerts in which you will hear from a range of artists that perhaps you may have never heard of ... but that will leave a long lasting and inspiring impression with you.
Zen House Concerts promote UNITY, INSPIRATION AND A COMMUNITY FEELING so that we may all feel that we are giving back something of ourselves as much as we receive.
